More contribution means a higher tier. Each tier begins at a points total.

How to apply to become a Sensei
Sensei applications are not open yet. This is how it will work, so you can get ready.
Who can apply
- You are a certified Master Developer, or the Developer Dojo team has invited you.
- You can show real products or real help you have given to others.
- You agree to the Code of conduct and to disclose AI use.
- Check you can applyYou are a certified Master Developer, or you have been invited by the Developer Dojo team.
- Tell us about your workShare what you have built, who you have helped, and which kind of help you want to give.
- Talk with the teamA short conversation about how coaching works here and our Code of conduct.
- Start with a first sessionYou begin with one supported session. Your points are counted from then on.
