Example
Weekly note: TrailMug, week 3, 2026-03-13
Status: yellow. The email provider is slow to approve our domain.
Done: five interviews finished; three personas written; roadmap draft v1.
Next: epic review with coach; write epics 4 to 6; start landing page.
Blocked: domain approval, waiting 4 days, I need a second contact.
Decisions made: leave payments for epic 5 (no customer asked for it yet).
Need from you: 20 minutes to review my out-of-scope lines.
Risks: provider delay (me); only one cafe interviewed (me).
Learned: three of five users said "dirty cup" is the main worry.
Roadmap changes: epic 3 moved from 20 March to 27 March, waiting on domain.
AI use: fixed grammar in persona sheets; I checked every change.
